Most items will ship out within 1-2 day of ordering (weekends and holidays not included). You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Generally, it will take 5-10 days to deliver but it has various shipping times to international destinations. Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address.
You can track your package on your email with your tracking number. Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
